Part 1 : How to Choose a Reliable Padel OEM Factory in China?
When we first started building our own padel brand, this was our biggest challenge.
There are hundreds of padel racket factories on Alibaba, 1688, Europages and Global Sources — but how can you really know which padel OEM/ODM supplier to trust?
“I paid the full amount, and the factory guy disappeared.”
“The sample was perfect, but the next batch looked completely different.”

Unfortunately, these stories still happen today.
🧩 Step 1: Avoid Scams of China Factory
The first step — and the basic one — avoid the scams.
Always start with two simple checks:
- Verify the Racket factory’s business license — check if the registration and capital are valid.
- Visit the site (or request a live video tour) — nothing builds trust faster than seeing a real padel racket production line.
⚙️ Step 2: Evaluate The Padel Racket Manufacturer Professionalism
Avoiding scams is just the beginning.
The real challenge is finding a long-term padel OEM partner who can deliver padel rackets with Consistent Quality.
When I visit a padel factory, I pay attention to:
- How they manage each production step? Are they following the SOP or all by staff experience? This is important for ensure the quality consistency.
- Which raw material supplier they use? Carbon fiber, glass fiber and EVA is the material used in the padel racket which significantly affect the final products performance.
The good fiber supplier save a lot of cost on quality control since their fiber showed more consistency. - How they handle Quality aussrance/ Quality check during production?
This is also an importantly check point to know if the detects could be found before leak to the next process. - How the owner behaves — does he focus on racket quality, or only on cutting cost?
If the discussion is online, I’ll ask for test reports, certificates, or photos of their testing machines.
These small details often reveal how professional a padel racket supplier really is.
Finding the right Padel Racket OEM factory takes time, but once you do, it becomes the foundation of your padel brand’s & padel club’s success.
