Raw Material Inspection
We conduct incoming inspections on EVA foam and prepreg materials.

EVA Foam
EVA hardness and thickness are controlled with durometers and precision gauges.

Prepreg
For prepreg, we verify resin-to-fiber weight ratios to ensure consistent quality and stability from the very beginning of the process, preventing performance issues caused by raw material deviations.
Lay-up & Lamination Control
Each layer of prepreg is placed according to the structural design sheet, with precise control over orientation, placement, and ply count. All layup work follows standardized instructions with first-article verification to ensure structural uniformity across every racket, minimizing risks such as weight deviation or localized stress concentration.

Molding Process Control
The molding process is tightly controlled using automated temperature monitoring to ensure proper resin curing and fiber bonding. After demolding, each racket undergoes immediate weight and appearance classification. Any item exceeding weight specifications or showing critical defects is removed from production to prevent structural risks from entering the market.

Surface Refinement & Flatness Check
Pre-molding rough shells are filled, repaired, and smoothed to eliminate pinholes, voids, and edge irregularities. Each racket must pass a surface flatness and appearance check before entering the painting process, preventing paint application from magnifying defects and ensuring a clean, uniform finish.

Painting & Appearance Consistency
Painting is performed according to the design specifications, including base coats, color layers, and water decals. A Golden Sample is used as the visual benchmark for color accuracy, line placement, and logo clarity. Each racket is compared against this standard to maintain consistent aesthetics across the entire series.

Precision Drilling Inspection
Using mechanical positioning and drilling fixtures, we ensure consistent hole placement, angle, and diameter across all rackets. After drilling, the hole count, hole size, and edge quality are inspected to prevent deviations that may affect aerodynamics or swing feel.

Assembly, Appearance & Packing Check
During assembly, we install the grip, butt cap, and handle wrap with strict alignment and finishing checks. Each racket is then packaged with protective bubble wrap and reinforced cartons. Simulated transport stacking and pressure tests are performed to ensure the packaging prevents damage during shipment.
Performance & Reliability Testing
Every racket undergoes weight, balance, and elasticity checks, followed by batch-based impact, pressure, and fatigue tests. These include impact shots, top/side/face/handle pressure loading, thermal resistance tests, drop tests, and long-term frame and surface fatigue cycles. These evaluations ensure that each racket not only performs well when new but also maintains stability and durability throughout long-term, high-intensity use.

Quality Plan – Precision at Every Stage
Consistency from Concept to Delivery
Our Quality Plan is designed to build precision into every process.
From the very first material inspection to the final audit, we follow a structured and documented workflow that ensures product consistency and reliability.
Each project includes:
- Material Verification: Careful inspection of all incoming carbon fiber, resin, and EVA core materials.
- Prototype Validation: Testing of frame strength, balance, and surface texture during the sampling stage.
- Process Monitoring: Real-time inspection during lamination, molding, and finishing to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Final Audit: Comprehensive evaluation of weight, balance, surface cosmetics, and packaging before shipment.
Through this systematic planning, we guarantee that every racket leaving our facility meets both professional performance standards and client expectations.

Quality Assurance – TESTED, PROVEN, TRUSTED
Delivering Confidence, Not Just Products
Our Quality Assurance system is built to verify — not assume — excellence.
Each production batch undergoes rigorous functional and environmental testing to ensure the racket’s durability and stability under real-world conditions.
Our QA process includes:
- Performance Testing: Frame resilience, vibration control, and balance accuracy.
- Traceability System: Every racket labeled with production batch data for full component traceability.
- Continuous Improvement: Client and player feedback integrated into material and process refinement.
