Carbon Fiber Selection: We offer a range of carbon fibers, including premium Toray yarn and high-quality cost-effective alternatives. Our fiber spreading process ensures optimal fiber density, directly impacting racket strength and weight.
Advanced Resin System: We use hot-melt resins that are odorless and highly stable. Our fast-curing resin significantly reduce molding time while maintaining superior bonding strength with the Prepreg.
Prepreg Technology: By precisely matching resin viscosity with fiber types, we create Prepregs tailored to production requirements, ensuring consistent tackiness and structural integrity.
Stiffness & Rebound: As composite experts, we balance fiber elongation with resin cross-linking reactions to guarantee the racket’s original stability and long-term durability.

EVA & Feel Tuning

Various EVA foam densities for padel racket core tuning, offering hardness levels from 13° to 21° to optimize impact feel, rebound, and explosive power for beginner to advanced players.
EVA Hardness (13°/15°/17°/21°): We provide various densities to customize the impact feel, sweet spot, and control.
Thermal Control: EVA is temperature-sensitive. We strictly monitor the molding heat to prevent secondary foaming, ensuring the racket’s appearance and hand-feel remain consistent.
Player Level Optimization
Beginner : Softer EVA for higher rebound and effortless power.
Advanced : Harder EVA for maximum stability and precise explosive power transfer.

Mold & Geometry

Precision Mold Design: During the heating process, we manage resin flow and flash to ensure the raw frame meets exact dimensions and weight targets.
Frame Geometry: From Diamond to Round shapes, our mold designs optimize the Sweet Spot for different playing styles. Custom frame developments are available upon request.
Thickness Control: We maintain a standard 38mm thickness with zero-tolerance stability through high-precision mold engineering.

Process Window Control

Temp & Pressure Management: We apply synchronized internal and external pressure (via internal foaming and machine clamping) to prevent over-expansion and ensure structural density.
Optimized Cycle Time: The first few minutes of molding are critical while the Prepreg is soft. We fine-tune cycle times to ensure perfect expansion without compromising material performance.
Resin Flow Calculation: We pre-calculate resin loss during molding. Accurate flow control ensures the racket reaches its target strength and weight specifications.

Performance & Weight Balance

Laboratory Testing (Stiffness): Every batch undergoes lab testing to ensure carbon fiber stiffness isn’t degraded by excessive heating.
Durability (Cannon Ball Test): Our rackets pass rigorous high-speed impact tests(160 km/hr) to simulate extreme match conditions.
Weight & Balance: We customize the static weight and balance point (Head Heavy/Light) to meet the specific needs of different pro players.
Control vs. Power Optimization: Through the synergy of material modulus and geometry, we define the perfect ratio between ball control (dwelling time) and power (exit velocity).
